Toyota warrants that it will either repair or replace any part that Toyota supplies that is defective in material or workmanship** under normal use (except those items listed under “What is Not Covered”) for an additional period as per following:
For customers who complete 100,000 km within 3 years, the extended warranty provides additional coverage beyond the standard period with 12 months/20,000 km or 24 months/40,000 km of full parts protection.
For customers who drive less than 100,000 km in 3 years, the limited extended warranty offers 12 or 24 months of coverage up to 100,000 km, including engine and transmission parts only.
Tyres, battery, surface rust, and paint damage not covered.
Misuse, overloading, negligence, or modification not covered.
Cosmetic corrosion or paint scratches excluded.
Environmental damage (acid rain, hail, floods, etc.) not covered.
Improper maintenance or wrong fluid use not covered.
Routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, filters, etc.) excluded.
Normal wear, noise, or fading not covered.
Odometer tampering voids coverage.
You are responsible for delivering your vehicle to any Toyota Authorized 3S Dealership in Pakistan in order to obtain warranty service.
Responsible for keeping maintenance records since it may be necessary in some instances for you to show that the required maintenance has been performed.
You are responsible for properly operating, maintaining, and caring for your Toyota vehicle in accordance with the instructions contained in your Owner’s Manual. If your vehicle is subject to use under severe driving conditions, you should follow the maintenance requirements specified accordingly in your Owner’s Manual.
Note: In the absence of maintaining vehicle from Toyota Authorized Dealership, vehicle’s Extended Warranty may get void. Whichever comes first, terms and conditions apply. Only engine and transmission trail parts in case of Basic Limited Extended Warranty.
